Founder and Managing Director – Tax Consulting Group. Zeeshan is a Chartered Tax Adviser and provides independent tax consultancy services to professional advisers, including accountancy practices, law firms and financial advisers. Zeeshan advises private businesses and high net worth individuals on corporate transactions, company reorganisations, employee share incentives, innovation tax reliefs, real estate, international tax and estate planning matters. Zeeshan’s career has included working for two of the Big Four firms, a Top 10 and as Head of Midlands for a national tax consultancy. Zeeshan is the author of Bloomsbury’s Property Tax Planning and co-author of Bloomsbury’s Taxation of Intellectual Property.
